Trade Fair software

Traditional exhibition builders often offer smaller tools designed to assist with ordering and inventory management. These software tools, which focus on individual steps, do not provide a comprehensive solution for holistic event management. In contrast, ExpoCloud covers this gap with its “Analytics” module, which provides real-time business analytics and reporting, allowing you to measure your events precisely. This powerful additional benefit enables the analysis and optimisation of events based on empirically valid data.

Understand visitor flows – Unlock knowledge

For each event, you can enhance the Analytics module with the “Event-Metrics” technology. This system, developed in Germany, comprises small sensors that are discreetly placed at the stand and illuminate the entire area, similar to how Wi-Fi networks function. The sensors collect – fully GDPR-compliant a unique digital footprint, allowing you to identify metrics such as the number of returning visitors.

You can track which areas of the stand were visited with what frequency, and assess the attractiveness of exhibits or content. Event-Metrics also supports A/B testing in conjunction with digital content: For example, you could rent LED video walls or multimedia displays in ExpoCloud, showing Content A on the first day and Content B on the next. Event-Metrics measures visitor numbers and dwell times, helping you generate insights into which content attracts more attention. Using this valid data, you can optimise each event for recruiting, marketing, and sales.
