Background and objective

For Leica Biosystems, we developed a customised trade fair concept for the Bamberg Morphology Days with a stand area of 24 sqm. The aim was to emphasise the innovative strength of the brand and at the same time create a professional atmosphere for in-depth technical discussions.

The exhibition stand was designed with a clearly structured architecture that enabled targeted visitor guidance and promoted interactivity. The design combined aesthetic demands with functional requirements and ensured that the products were presented in the best possible way. In addition, the flexible concept ensures a sustainable brand presence for future events.

Modular exhibition stand concept

The Leica Biosystems trade fair stand was realised with a modern and high-quality design that combines visual appeal with practical functionality. Backlit fabric graphics ensured clear brand communication. Supplemented by additional Bigsam spotlights, the exhibits were effectively staged.

The open design of the stand helped to create a pleasant atmosphere that invited visitors to linger and encouraged intensive discussions. The use of a 55-inch TV enabled digital content to be integrated in order to present product details clearly and increase interaction with trade fair visitors.

Special features and eye-catchers of the trade fair stand

An outstanding element of the design was the backlit fabric graphics, which created a strong visual impact. These were complemented by additional lighting of the logo and the products, which specifically drew attention to the exhibits. This lighting not only enhanced the aesthetics of the stand, but also helped to visually reinforce the products and brand messages. The stand was 3 metres high, which made it stand out from the usual 2.5 metre high stands and was a particular focal point.

The graphics for the stand were created by our WWM - Media Service team. The team perfectly implemented Leica Biosystems' wishes and specifications and created both the print data and the graphics that characterised the entire trade fair stand.

Personal thoughts on the project

The collaboration with Leica Biosystems was characterised by open communication and constructive feedback from start to finish. It was particularly exciting to incorporate the customer's wishes into the design of the stand. The Media Service team was able to fully contribute its expertise and offer a customised graphics solution.

This close collaboration resulted in a trade fair appearance that was not only visually convincing, but also did justice to Leica Biosystems' communication objectives.

It was fun to plan this event with WWM. The communication and project realisation were great and we were thrilled with the result on site!
