The fair project

The aim of Hansefit's presence at Zukunft Personal was to present the company and its services. In addition to the acquisition of new customers, the trade show appearance was also used to convince already interested companies of the offer. The LED video wall, which is optimally aligned with the direction of travel of the trade fair visitors on the corner stand and draws attention to the stand, serves as an eye-catcher.

Once they have arrived at the booth, visitors can enjoy a coffee bar with drinks. Various seating options, such as bar stools or seating cubes, invite visitors to linger at the booth.

The simple design of the booth is kept in the corporate design of Hansefit and makes the booth look clean and clear. The backlit rear walls create a pleasant atmosphere on the stand.

LED video wall for emotional messages

In addition to backlit trade show walls and the backlighting of the tower attachment, the LED video wall is an eye-catcher at the Hansefit trade show booth. The 1.5m x 2.5m LED video wall is oriented towards the aisle, so that trade show visitors become aware of Hansefit's offer even when passing by. On the video wall, the Hansefit offer can be shown in the form of videos and presentations. With the help of the moving image, services requiring explanation can be presented in more detail and emotional messages can be conveyed to the trade fair visitor.

As a result, Hansefit's diverse range of products can be easily presented on the given stand space without the stand appearing cluttered due to countless back walls or mobile presentation systems. Instead, the booth draws the attention of visitors and invites them to linger.

Challenges and personal thoughts on the trade fair project

After the own booth concept was fixed, we received a request from the neighboring booth, which turned out to be a small challenge: The booth next door needed access to the water connection, which was located on the booth of Hansefit. For this purpose, a floor platform had to be built so that the water connection could be laid under the floor to the neighboring booth. This was done in consultation with the stand builder of the neighboring stand and worked out wonderfully after a short exchange.

Despite contact changes and challenges regarding the platform floor, communication was always friendly and professional. We enjoyed the project very much and it was very nice to meet and exchange ideas in person at the trade fair.

WWM has implemented our ideas for the exhibition stand to our complete satisfaction. The 1.5m x 2.5m LED video wall was the highlight here, which drew the attention of many visitors on us.
